Can I Design My Own Appointment Book

is FULLY customizable. This means that you can decide what time-slots
you want and what days you want them on. You can even make multiple
appointment tiles like 1, 2, 3, 4 appointment slots for 9:00 AM, etc.
With appointment Star, you decide on how the book should look! You can
close certain days in the book, like weekends, holidays, or any day of
the week. You can also block out certain times like lunch or times you
will not be available to take appointments.

I Create and Use More than One Appointment Book?
You
can create and store up to 999 appointment books and
select the book you want from the opening menu. AppointmentStar will
even archive old appointment books. If you want to have a separate
personal appointment book, you can! With AppointmentStar, it is easy to
switch between your business and personal appointment schedules.
AppointmentStar
is also perfect for business that need multiple appointment books
available for everyone working in the office, salon, etc. Each user can
have and easily access his or her own appointment schedule.

can also include multiple users in a single appointment book! Each user
has a list of his or her own patients/clients that he or she can
schedule in multiple appointment spaces. This is perfect for clinics or

AppointmentStar Software Dial Calls for Me?
AppointmentStar
can dial your patients/clients for you by a click of the phone number,
which appears on the appointment screen. All you have to do is pick up
the phone and let AppointmentStar dial the number for you. (This
feature requires a standard phone connection.)

Notes
can be easily written alongside any appointment or in any appointment
slot. Notes can be edited, copied, pasted, or removed at any time.

Emails be Sent and Can I Print Address Labels?
AppointmentStar
can be used with any Internet connection to send emails to
patients/clients and even opens Internet sites! Address labels are
easily printed and can be positioned on a used address sheet for single
labels. AppointmentStar can also be used to print address labels for
mass-mailers to patients/clients.

Are
there Security Features and Screen Options to Hide
Appointments?
Password
protection is an option available for all books created with
AppointmentStar. Other optional security features allow you to hide
your appointments from others while an operator is away. These
include a screen saver, password protected screen saver, and a special
Confidentiality Shield that can be set to engage and hide the
appointment screen.

How Easy
is it to Make Appointments and Learn the Software?
Appointments
are easily made by selecting the patient/client from an alphabetized
drop-down menu that opens on top of the appointment page. Just select
the name and the time slot and you're done!
The
software comes with a complete tutorial that can be turned on or off at
any time. Help is available for each appointment book screen.
